Licence Condition
In this licence, unless the contrary is indicated, the terms below have the following meanings:
The licensee must complate all works associated with the groundwater monitoring program as proposed in the report titled "Mangoola Coal - Raw Water Dam Seepage Interception System Preliminary Overview - Option C" 2012 and prepared by ATC Williams Pty Ltd. The licensee must notify the EPA of the completion of these works. The notification must be made to The Regional Manager - Hunter, Environment Protection Authority, PO Box 488G, Newcastle 2300 by no later than 5:00pm, 31 December 2012.
